As a reminder, the Office of the University Ombudsperson is independent, confidential and impartial. The Office is a resource for helping members of the Queen 国产传媒 鈥檚 community to understand policies and procedures at Queen 国产传媒 鈥檚, and we help to ensure procedural fairness. The Office is not the decision-maker, nor an advocate for any party, and also cannot overturn any decision or compel any university representative to take a particular action. Rather, we often refer individuals to the relevant department, policy, or process within Queen 国产传媒 鈥檚 to assist with the inquiry.
