¹ú²ú´«Ã½ expert on American politics and policy David Haglund is available to speak on the U.S. Supreme Court ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ ’s ruling against President Donald Trump ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ ’s sweeping use of tariffs.

In a 6-3 ruling Friday, the justices said that Trump had overstepped his authority when he invoked emergency presidential powers to impose the trade barriers against other countries.
