On Wednesday, March 26, the School of Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs hosted the 2025 3-Minute Thesis competition & GRADflix showcase, an evening of celebrating graduate research across the university. Students from disciplines from Art History to Neuroscience shared their research in short, three-minute presentations to a packed house of non-experts.
Additionally, the submissions for the 2025 GRADflix competition were showcased, with short, one-minute research trailers. Thank you to all of our students who participated and shared their work with our audience, judges and staff.
Congratulations to the winners of tonight ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ ’s competitions:
Our runner-up was Danielle Harper from Pathology & Molecular Medicine, and our winner was Dilakshan Srikanthan from Translational Medicine, who also won the People ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ ’s Choice Award for 3MT 2025! The winner of the GRADflix 2025 competition was Yu Yan Li from Civil Engineering!
