Congratulations George Bradley! At the recent Geological Society of America Conference in San Antonio, George won an award for Best Student Poster from GSA ý ’s Sedimentary Geoscience Division and Society for Sedimentary Geology. His poster is entitled “Paragenetic evolution and implications of a mixed carbonate-evaporite system; the Givetian Dawson Bay Formation, Elk Point Basin” and is based on his MSc thesis research. George is a joint Queen's-Cape Breton University graduate student co-supervised by Peir Pufahl and Ted Matheson (CBU). (George is photo left).
