    Description:

In today's hyper-connected world, the pressure to stay plugged in 24/7 can take a significant toll on our mental health, productivity, and overall wellbeing. Constant notifications, blurred boundaries between work and personal life, and the expectation of immediate responsiveness can contribute to stress, burnout, anxiety, and disrupted rest.

Join us for a session designed to help you better understand the impact of constant connectivity and regain control over your digital habits.

In this interactive session, participants will:
    • Explore the psychological effects of being “always on” and how digital overload impacts mental health
    • Learn practical strategies to unplug—both digitally and mentally
    • Discover ways to set healthy boundaries with technology in the workplace and at home
    • Reclaim a sense of balance between work and personal life
    • Practice simple techniques to support rest, focus, and emotional wellbeing

Through guided reflection and hands-on exercises, this session will equip you with realistic, sustainable tools to navigate the digital world more intentionally, so you can stay productive without compromising your health, happiness, and sense of balance.
