What is Lagree?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workout performed on a Megaformer machine. It focuses on slow, controlled movements that build muscular strength, endurance, stability, and core control — all while being joint-friendly.

No prior experience is required. The class will include modifications and clear guidance to ensure everyone feels safe and supported.

Accessibility and inclusivity

This class is designed to be welcoming to all fitness levels and experience backgrounds. Modifications will be offered throughout to accommodate different strengths, mobility levels, and comfort zones.

To participate safely in a Lagree class, attendees should be comfortable:

  • Standing and transitioning between standing, kneeling, and plank-based positions
  • Supporting their body weight through their hands and feet at times
  • Maintaining balance on a moving platform

Lagree is low-impact but physically demanding. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate in strength-based exercise, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider beforehand and informing the instructor prior to class so appropriate modifications can be provided.

Our goal is for every participant to feel supported, empowered, and confident moving at their own pace.
